My CSS Corp campus drive

My CSS Corp campus drive experience

Today I had CSS corp Campus recruitment pool drive in my college in which I failed.
So Im here to discuss their process of selection which I observed today. :)

Five persons from CSS corp came and were telling about themseleves, their company profile with the use of powerpoint presentation. (No HR came)

The following details were provided.

• Its a networking based KPO job. 
• Its not a BPO.
• The work time is 5Pm to 5Am with rotational shifts.
• Ladies will be dropped using a cab with a security official till the end point.
• Our Job location is Ambattur, Chennai.
• The CAB fleets will be upto Guduvancherry, Thiruvotriyur, redhills....
• Awards got by company.
• Company projects.
• Name of the heads associated with CSS Corp in addition to CEO - Tiger Ramesh.
• Communication skill check were their main preference. 
• Salary details

They offered us 2 ways of selection.
1. On spot call letter (Direct appointment)
2. A 2nd chance for which another 2 rounds will be conducted in their company after final year result.

Round Details:

1. Group discussion & JAM
2. Communication Check ( MTI - mother tongue influence)
3. Technical HR

 MTI - Influence of mother tongue in your language, pronounciation, etc..

• 1st round is to check whether you have stylish English (All were told to do self intro & our own JAM topic)
• 2nd round is to check MTI (Self intro & their doubts on your resume)
• Final round is to check your networking skills.
   - Questions such as Topologies, DHCP is asked. (around 5 questions + usual company questions)

More preference is given to girls than boys.(i.e) Very well speaking boys were only took.  In case of girls speaking is not given much importance.Style is important.
