ABOUT THE CONFERENCE
Rapid growth of the manufacturing sector emphasizes increased productivity with consistent quality and reduced cycle time compelling the industry to adopt the advanced technologies like CAD, CAM, CIM etc. Use of Robotics, Advanced sensory devices, Additive manufacturing, Micromachining and High speed machining are becoming essential for meeting ever growing challenges in the manufacturing sector. The objective of this conference is to enrich and strengthen the knowledge in the field of manufacturing engineering through research findings of the experts. RTMT 2013 provides a platform for the exchange of information on latest findings, new ideas and expertise between people working in different areas of manufacturing including the industry and academia. It will also provide guidelines & directions to ongoing research and future research.

CALL FOR PAPERS
Papers describing the original research in any of the above topics or related areas are welcome. Only full length papers will be reviewed. Paper submission should be made electronically in MS Word / PDF format which is limited to 8 pages in length including figures, tables, acknowledgements and references. Paper format should be A4, Times New Roman, font size 10, 25 mm margin on all sides and single spaced. Authors are requested to send two hard copies and a soft copy through CD-ROM and e-mail. Papers will be accepted for presentation after being reviewed by an expert committee.

Date of intimation for accepted paper : April 4,2013
Last date for registration : April 10,2013

REGISTRATION FEE
Industry /R&D Organizations : Rs.3,000
Faculty from Engg institutions & Part time
Research scholars : Rs.1,500
Full Time Research scholars & students : Rs.750

The fee can be paid through DD in favour of 'RTMT2013' payable at chennai, at the address given below. The registration fee includes CD-ROM proceedings of accepted papers, conference kit, working lunch, conference dinner, coffee/tea and participant certificate. Prospective participants desirous of attending the conference are requested to fill in the enclosed registration form and mail the same along with registration fee.
